Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is confirmed via email.
